Here are the following steps in order to rent an apartment :

  1. CHOOSE from our list of available apartments (note that some apartments become available on future dates).
                                                                                                                                                                                                           
  2. CLICK Apply Now on your desired apartment page. Under Available Units please select your desired unit.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  3. COMPLETE a rental application via RentCafe. Be sure to include your guarantor's information (if needed), and upload your photo ID card (Driver's license or Passport and Visa) and other neccessary application supporting documents.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  4. CONFIRM your lease details with your Leasing Specialist. We will then conduct a screening of your application.                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  5. CLOSE. After completing a screening report, if approved, we will send you an approval E-Mail. All documents must be signed and payment remitted within 48 hours of beginning the closing process.
