The East Village is one of New York's most eclectic neighborhoods, filled with a genuine mix of ethnic eateries, residential properties, trendy watering holes, community organizations, gardens, parks, and more. Long considered a haven for the creative and artistic, the East Village now offers something many New York neighborhoods don't: a proper mix of casual and fancy, fun and business, residential and commercial. In addition to being an energetic, culturally rich neighborhood, the East Village is close to New York University (NYU), Cooper Union, CUNY Baruch College – which means that undergraduate and graduate students from around the globe will find our buildings in the area a good fit. The East Village is also home to Mount Sinai Beth Israel, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary which makes our buildings great locations for travelling nurses, doctors and other hospital personnel.
There's a little something for everyone here, especially if you decide to call this area home.
